Animation for this episode just dropped through the floor. Show was already pretty low-budget, but they really, REALLY skimped on this episode. The CGI demon moved so little, why even bother with CGI? The whole point of CGI is that you can move things as much as you want because the computer does all the work. Story wasn't terrible, but this show is looking to be a disappointment. I don't know if this even qualifies as "third-rate" anymore.

Not going to lie but this anime is just so soulless and lifeless. They cut as many corners as possible when making this episode (look at the walking "animation", the panned shots prevalent in the first half, even mouth flaps were minimized). The battle scene has no impact, and they wasted a lot of time on that part.
