One piece dub

One Piece’s English dub release has been making its way through the Punk Hazard arc ever since […]

Gol D. Roger was known as the “Pirate King,” the strongest and most infamous being to have sailed the Grand Line. The capture and execution of Roger by the World Government brought a change throughout the world. His last words before his death revealed the existence of the greatest treasure in the world, One Piece. It was this revelation that brought about the Grand Age of Pirates, men who dreamed of finding One Piece—which promises an unlimited amount of riches and fame—and quite possibly the pinnacle of glory and the title of the Pirate King. Enter Monkey D. Luffy, a 17-year-old boy who defies your standard definition of a pirate. Rather than the popular persona of a wicked, hardened, toothless pirate ransacking villages for fun, Luffy’s reason for being a pirate is one of pure wonder: the thought of an exciting adventure that leads him to intriguing people and ultimately, the promised treasure. Following in the footsteps of his childhood hero, Luffy and his crew travel across the Grand Line, experiencing crazy adventures, unveiling dark mysteries and battling strong enemies, all in order to reach the most coveted of all fortunes—One Piece.

Before he was executed, the legendary Pirate King Gold Roger revealed that he had hidden the treasure One Piece somewhere in the Grand Line. Now, many pirates are off looking for this legendary treasure to claim the title Pirate King. One pirate, Monkey D. Luffy, is a boy who had eaten the Devil’s Fruit and gained rubber powers. Now he and his crew are off to find One Piece, while battling enemies and making new friends along the way.

Prior to the series’ acquisition by 4Kids Entertainment, an English dub was first recorded by the Singaporean dubbing company Odex in 2003, and was produced by Animax. Though Odex tried to license it for TV, the deal fell through after 26 episodes, the dub was released on VCD in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Odex’s dub was translated independently and had no ties to any other form of translation. This dub is relatively unknown due to it being limited to those countries.

One Piece Season 10 Voyage 4 (Eps 615-628) is coming to digital storefronts October 27!

Very happy to see as a dub only watcher (for shounen shows) but honestly just a drop in the bucket. Hope this means dubbing is ramping back up.

My guy, I'm all for dubs, I love dubs, I can name every actor in the English one piece dub. But you're killing yourself waiting for these dubs. Not even advocating dub vs sub, just for the sake of continuing the adventure, I recommend going on with the subs. Once you get passed around 630 you won't want to be waiting years to keep going. Shit gets crazy!

My only concern is how many episodes will they be releasing this year? The so called 12 episodes they got out rn, that's a laughable amount after ghosting for almost 3 years and at the rate of slow turtle that funimation is that'd be around 45 episodes we were jipped. Along with this there is the sad fact that a bundle of episodes a year will never cut it, they will literally be at this for 35+ years before they are caught up and that's going by this bundle of episodes a year shit. I am planning on putting out a video talking about the release of the new episodes and the calculations of how long the series will be taking to dub it if they continue the way I mentioned as well as other ways.

It has always been tough for the One Piece Dub lovers since the series is still taking lengthy gaps between each arc. With these sudden decisions, fans are always left with doubt on whether One Piece dub will continue or not. It is surely not surprising to think that since gradually dub releases have been decreasing with long breaks. However, since the news of even more dub episodes being released is flowing lately, it has been a relief. So, is One Piece dub back on track?

Funimation released Punk Hazard arc episodes (575-587) on June 2, and there hasn’t been a single release until now. However, with the latest dub of One Piece Stampede which is available to stream for free, the hopes of fans have gone high. And surprisingly, episodes 588-600 will most likely hit the digital stores in August.

Funimation revealed on their recent conversation that a date for home video release along with the further One Piece dub release dates would be announced shortly. What’s more assuring than this one? We can surely trust on Funimation’s news since even after COVID-19 pandemic, it has released dub episodes simultaneously before going on Hiatus.
