In addition to distinction by sex, humans are categorized into three types. Alphas are the elite of society. There are only a few of them but they posses superior abilities like no other. Betas who make the most of the population and not deviate from the norm as well as Omegas – another minority which differs from Betas with only one characteristic: their ability to become pregnant regardless of the sex.

Levi is a very interesting character. The most in this whole doujinshi, in my opinion. At the beginning he appears normal. Resistant to Eren’s affection and, not so unconscious as it may seem, temptation but later on it turnes out he has actually a pretty unique mentality in comparison to the rest of the society.

Because of a traumatic incident during his childhood, Levi has lived with deep conviction in his heart that humans should not succumb to instincts. He feels that by doing so, promises one makes to their other half become empty. And it was the very reason he’s been holding back from confessing to Eren. Too afraid that one day his fateful mate might appear. That his words would be meaningless.

The brutality of this kind of world is shown clearly, as well as the way things we normally find abnormal and inhuman are justified, ordinary. The artstyle is stunning as well. But what I find most enchanting is how the characters’ personalities fit perfectly. Every person from the show behaved like they would behave in this new environment. Eren’s hate towards titans changed into hate towards Alphas. Hange is a doctor who supports omegas, which results in being harassed by others. Moblit helps her. Even Armin and Mikasa who were shown only sporadically felt as the real ones with their intelligence and protectiveness respectively. And Levi? He is the same collected and mature man we know and adore. The fact that they are so well made marks this doujinshi as one of my favourite.

Overall, I consider this doujinshi as one of the best. Artstyle :ok_hand: Plot :ok_hand: Characters :ok_hand: As a fan of fanfictions about Eren and Levi I’ve read enough to be sure about highly recommending this. There is a short sequel as well, when Eren is in heat and well… 😉 I gave links to at the bottom of the blog. I’m sure, none of you will regret it :blush:
