Belle (Ryuu to Sobakasu no Hime)

The move is said to have premiered a day or two ago but I can't find a way to watch it. Is it only available in Japanese theatres or something? I mean, covid is still kind of a thing so I don't imagine anyone's doing any theatrical-exclusive movies yet, but I could be wrong?

You're partly right. I was confused too since it seems all movies coming out have streaming at the same time as theatrical release. But looking further, I found that paramount is releasing Snake Eyes (and some other films) as theater only for 45 days before doing streaming. But your statement that "movies are never available online right when they first premiere " is kind of off since Disney and WB have done done that very exact thing.
