I do, but in the pre-timeskip era there are many arcs that the One Pace people have only partially or not at all covered, which is why I’ve seen the need to do this.

I can’t speak Japanese, so I used the Horrible Subs version as a base for the all the episodes I’ve edited; but since One Pace has a couple of arcs covered I’ve stitched together those episodes to speed up the process. This includes Orange Town (ep 2), Syrup Village (ep 3-4.5), Logue Town (ep.10), Reverse Mountain (ep.11), Whiskey Peak (ep.12), Sabaody Archipelago (ep.61-63) and the Marineford Arc (ep.71-75).

do you recommend this for first time watch one piece watchers? also what episode does the Summit Wars Saga Part 3 end on.

Yes, all canon material is covered from the beginning to a couple of episodes after the timeskip. After that there's another edit called One Pace you can follow. For now just start at episode one of the first part and go from there.
