Streaming service Crunchyroll and distributor Funimation have revealed some details for the upcoming second half of Attack on Titan Season 3.

Known in Japan as Shingeki no Kyojin, many years ago, the last remnants of humanity were forced to retreat behind the towering walls of a fortified city to escape the massive, man-eating Titans that roamed the land outside their fortress. Only the heroic members of the Scouting Legion dared to stray beyond the safety of the walls – but even those brave warriors seldom returned alive. Those within the city clung to the illusion of a peaceful existence until the day that dream was shattered, and their slim chance at survival was reduced to one horrifying choice: kill – or be devoured!

Attack on Titan Season 1 is available to own on Blu-ray & DVD from Manga Entertainment, and Attack on Titan Season 2 is also available to own on Blu-ray & DVD by Sony Pictures. Funimation in the US & Canada have released both the first & second season on Blu-ray & DVD.

Fan favorites Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia lose their first seasons among a number of other titles.

Centuries ago, mankind was slaughtered to near extinction by monstrous humanoid creatures called titans, forcing humans to hide in fear behind enormous concentric walls. What makes these giants truly terrifying is that their taste for human flesh is not born out of hunger but what appears to be out of pleasure. To ensure their survival, the remnants of humanity began living within defensive barriers, resulting in one hundred years without a single titan encounter. However, that fragile calm is soon shattered when a colossal titan manages to breach the supposedly impregnable outer wall, reigniting the fight for survival against the man-eating abominations.

Anime has exploded in popularity in recent years. Many people have started watching anime. These new fans became hooked on some of the mega-popular series. One of the most popular anime streaming sites is Gogoanime. The website let anime fans watch their beloved anime in high quality and high resolution. Funimation holds the American license to Dragonball, Code Geass and Attack on Titan. They also own Last Exile and the Evangelion film franchise, among other anime titles.

Movie streaming titan Netflix is another newcomer to the anime streaming scene. The website is primarily known for mainstream movies and tv series. Netflix has recently taken steps to build its anime library. Netflix has entered partnerships with Japanese anime companies to produce original content. Expect more from their website.
