Fans of South Park are eager to watch the special one-hour episode all about the pandemic coronavirus COVID-19 now it has been released. The episode dropped on September 30 but it has only been broadcast in the US so far. For fans in the UK, here is what viewers need to know about how it can be watched here.

The pandemic installment — which was the show's first-ever hourlong episode, not to mention its high-rated episode is seven years, with 4.4 million viewers — tore into Donald Trump for his bungled response to the deadly crisis, and depicted the former president (played by Mr. Garrison) as encouraging the coronavirus given its disproportional impact on people of color. "All I have to do is guide the avalanche in the right direction," he said, "and I'm fulfilling my promise to the American people." The episode also took on police violence and took shots at Disney.

“South Park: Post Covid” is the first of two exclusive events headed to
“South Park” has kept its place as cable’s top primetime comedy every year for nearly a decade. So far, fans have watched over 2.2 billion episodes between traditional broadcasts and streaming services. The Emmy-winning animated series debuted on August 13, 1997. The show was created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who are also executive produced the holiday special along with Anne Garefino and Frank C. Agnone II. Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell, and Vernon Chatman are producers, and Christopher Brion is the creative director for South Park Digital Studios.
Next year marks the 25th anniversary of “South Park” but audiences can expect to see new episodes until at least 2027 due to MTV Entertainment Studios’ expansive deal with Parker and Stone.
